1st Lampshade Series

Origami Paper Lampshades by Jasmina

For some time now I was working on an own origami lampshade series. The technique and art of Origami is fascinating. You always start with just a plane sheet of paper and the idea in the head. In the end you obtain a three-dimensional volume by folding, which by day is a opaque geometrical object and by night a translucent luminous light source. The atmosphere of the light is defined by texture, color and folding of the paper.
