Design planning including cost calculation
Phase 4: Planning Permission
Technical process with detailed drawings to obtain planning permission
Phase 5: Technical Design
Planning permission is awarded and more detailed drawings in preparation for tender are produced
Phase 6: Technical Design in Preparation for Project Tender
Preparation for award of contract, including determination of quantities and preparation of priced bills of quantities
Phase 7: Technical Design & Tender Awarded
Participation in the award of contracts including a cost estimate
